How Can I Use It?

How Do I Register?
If you already have a mobile phone, you can and register at. Alternatively, visit any one of our branches to register. However, existing customers who have not yet registered for Banking should contact their Relationship Manager to request an invite to use Sms Banking. Registered customers are responsible for purchasing recharge cards from any network service provider to maintain uninterrupted access through a mobile device. Customers will also be required to purchase their own SIM card and pay all applicable taxes associated with their account.
Our charges include a monthly fee of per month per mobile number and per day when using your mobile device. The daily charge is applied after each message sent or received on your mobile device. Off-peak hours apply on weekdays only Monday to Friday from September 1st April 30th inclusive; weekends and public holidays are excluded from off-peak hours. Off-peak hours do not apply during July and August due to school holidays. The system does not support international text messaging or MMS multimedia messaging services. This means that certain characters may be displayed incorrectly or may cause delays in receiving messages depending on your mobile service provider’s technology platform.
